Due to the nature of our products, returns are considered on a case by case basis. Please be aware of your own allergies to ingredients and metals, erra creations will not be help responsible for reactions. Having a life threatening allergy PERSONALLY, all safety measures to avoid cross contamination are followed, but cannot claim any guarantees.
